trouble producing sound

I just received three mandala pads. They are great but the problem is i can not produce sound. When I strike the actual mandala pad, the visual one on the screen responds but does Not show any sound being produced in the MASTER VOLUME METERS. I was wondering what I'm doing wrong.

You may have moved your Virtual Brain program out of the folder it belongs in and therefore it is not properly loading its library of sounds because it can't find them. Put the program back in its folder so that it's next to all its other components like the Scales, Curves and Support folders, etc.
