Hi TJungus, Yes, you must specify your pads in order to play multiple sounds on two or more pads in Battery. Hey Joe Mama! In order to run four or more pads, you would need a third party software with MIDI controller capabilities (see manual p. 33). The Mandala Virtual Brain (VB) can run up to 3 pads. Yup, that was the issue.

Thank you Turnkee and Techsupport for the speedy and spot on remedy.

For the community, a 3/32 Hex key/wrench or Allen key/wrench fit the lugs.

I'm with Launch54321, I'd recommend Battery 3 as you can configure up to 16 pads and have an arsenal of samples and parameters for your sonic indulgence.
