Importing from Battery and Kontact is not working for me. Mandala utility app is asking for .xml and they are .nki or .nbkt

I was saving for the down payment and was going to purchase today (3/10/2024) but the website said the production run is sold out. Is there anyway I can still put a down payment on one? I would even pay in full at this point.
