Re: where do I start with Mandala v1 pads?

Are you referring to Mandala v1 (red rim and black standalone hardware brain)? Or are you referring to one of the USB-MIDI models (v2 purple rim or mk2.9 grey rim)?

Re: Mandala Virtual Brain v3 as VST Plugin in Ableton

You can’t run the old Virtual Brain as a plugin, but depending on what computer and OS you are using you can look into software audio routing tools like: Soundflower, Loopback, Blackhole, or ReWire to get VB audio into Ableton Live. You might even be able to do it directly depending on what hardware...

Re: Virtual Brain for Mac Updated for Monterey

Yes the V3 will have 4 trigger zones on the surface just like the mk2.9 has, as well as the underlying 0-127 center-to-edge strike position resolution and additional continuous controllers. All the elements are just about fully coordinated. If you're on the ...

Re: New features for Mandala 3.0?

DC’s Battery presets are all mapped for a seven Mandala setup. That’s a lot of pads, but there are ways of basically emulating that size Mandala kit on a smaller number of the newest V3’s. Updated pad feel and functionality has turned out even better than we expected, and a lot of hard work is going...
