Could the Synapse be used with a Roland VH-11/12/13 hat pad?
The pad has two outputs; one for the pad trigger which has two zones (edge and bow) and one for the controller.

Thanks Mandrake, If I understand correctly this is because the current FSR sensor can only register one impact at a time so in this case the rim position gets the hit and because it is right out at the edge it also generates the full 127 value for the controller data. Hi, I would be interested in reading a description of the playing surface on MK2.9. What is the stick response like? Is it comparable to other types of surfaces such as a rubber pads or different? Photos suggest the latest surface is textured - Is that the case?
