CPU Load

Hey forum,

I´ve just got my MK2.9 mandala drum from a friend. Love the idea and the design
My setup is a new i7 laptop with a SSD an 8GB ram. My audio interface is a focusrite scarlett 6i6 USB interface.

When I launch the mandala brain and select the scarlett as an asio audio interface, I´ll get an CPU (without loading any sound) up to 80%, with a sound loaded it´s clipping at 100%.

The same setup with an Asio4All is around 10%.

Any idea?

Increase your Signal Vector Size in the Audio/Pad Driver window, and make sure your Buffer size isn't set too low in there either .
