Hello.

I'm having the next problem with my Mandala.

When I plug it to one of the USB port in my computer immediately appears a warning advertisement that says: "there is a USB device using a lot of power and the USB port may be deactivated to prevent damages in the computer". I did the same in another computer and it appears the same warning. It's weird because a day before I used my Mandala without problems and the next day it happens this. Could you tell why is this occurring and how can I solve this problem?

Any information will be helpful.

Sounds like possibly your USB cable was jammed into the drum so hard that it unhinged the port from the board and now there's a short circuit when it's connected.
