I purchased the Hans Zimmer Percussion Professional sample library, which requires Kontakt (I am using version 8) to access it. I am finding that compared to most other soft synths, I can only get sound to trigger at a very low velocity using the Mandala V3. Everything works fine if I use a MIDI keyboard controller to trigger the sample library.
I have searched around Kontakt's settings, but can not find any setting that improves the situation. Does anyone know how I might be able to improve the responsiveness of this Plugin?
thanks

You can adjust the Intensity Fader for velocity-to-volume in the Modulation Router as shown on page 277 in the Kontakt 8 manual here:
https://www.native-instruments.com/file ... qmv-JHcMDX
If you want to draw your own customized velocity curve instead then check out the Modulation Shaper also detailed on page 277. That gives you even more control over velocity-to-volume than the Intensity Fader.
If you would rather adjust your Mandala velocity output instead of making an adjustment in Kontakt 8 then you could go to https://utility.mandalaV3.com and alt-click (option-click Mac) where is says 'surface zones' and 'rim zones' and lower the 'surface damping' and 'rim damping' parameters. Keep in mind those changes will save in your Mandala V3 and your pad will then have a different feel for all programs that you trigger with it.
