Request: Config standalone

I understand v3 and 2.9 are no longer supported.
still,id like to request an standalone app dedicated to configuring the pads.
Logic is that for what ever reason the final build of mandala takes for ever to load in sequoia as well as having intermittent load issues requesting microphone access ( i believe thats an apple issue as a mac mini does not have a mic). High sierra has alot of lag also.
I'm fairly confident a simple congfig app to assign midi and calibrate the pad would load faster and be easy enough to produce (copy and build from the existing config menu). unless th lag is due to the connected pads chip??

cheers

What Mac are you running the Virtual Brain on? We don't have any issues here running either of the programs on an M2 Pro Mac Mini (Sequoia 15.5) or on an M1 Pro MacBook Pro (Monterey 12.5.1).

Please be sure you're running the newest versions of those legacy programs, available on the Support page at the website: https://www.mandaladrum.com/support

For a Mandala mk2.9 it is the Mandala mk2.9 Virtual Brain v3.50.
For a Mandala v2 it is the Mandala v2 Virtual Brain v1.6.

I have new mac mini M3. Latest update with Sequoia. Most recent 2.9 virtual brain, i re downloaded.
Still having the issue.

Have deleted from my macbook 2012 high sierra which function okay, but got anoyying as everytime i use a max msp patch or standalone or open m4l it would initiate Virtual brain.
I dont use VB any more other than to config and calibrate. Calibration has always been an issue with one of my pads from day one. I've been in touch with servicing team and theres no financially viable soloution. I did pull the troublesome dead pad apart ran some tests and even lossened the membranes - somehow this brought the pad back to life...

If i knew how to access th chip id build a simple calibration tool myself.

Thanks any way. The V3 looks awesome. good work!!
