Hi Mandala family! I hope you're all enjoying the Mandala V3 as much as me.
I’ve started posting a lot of Mandala content on my socials so please follow my channels if you’re interested in keeping up to date on my Mandala tips, tools, tutorials, presets and demos:

I hit a couple of issues with the way the Mandala sends pressure and slide data and I've created a couple of custom MIDI and MPE racks for Ableton Live that give much greater control over these features.
The devices are available via my Gumroad account here: https://mndmth.gumroad.com
Here are the Issuees
1: The Mandala Sends pressure and slide data all the time even when just playing short notes. I wanted to only send pressure and slide data when actually pressing in to the drum or sliding on the drum and playing longer notes
2: I didn't want to open the Mandala Utility App every time I wanted to send different MIDI notes
SO! I created these 2 devices that allow you to control all the features of the Mandala (and more) directly from Ableton Live:
MANDALA PRESSURE & SLIDE CONTROL RACK
This custom Ableton Rack gives much greater control over the MPE modulation features of the Mandala Drum when using it with Ableton Live.

This devices allows you to:
- block all pressure and slide data
- turn the Mandala's Pressure and Slide modulation features ON and OFF independently
- block pressure and/or slide data for shorter notes, only letting it pass for longer notes
- Set the length of note required to pass pressure and/or slide modulation data
- Control the Pressure and Slide Threshold
- Adjust the Pressure and Slide response curves
MANDALA NOTE TUNER
This custom Ableton Rack solves that problem and allows independent re-pitching of all 13 zones of the Mandala inside Ableton Live without opening the Mandala Utility App.

The Mandala Note Tuner rack allows you to:
- re-pitch each zone of the Mandala drum independently by note name
- change the octave of each zone independently
- control the overall transposition of the Mandala drum with a Master Transpose macro dial
