V3 Utility Connectivity Fixed with Chrome Update

We have been made aware of an issue with a particular version of Chrome (Chrome 152) that affects Web MIDI SysEx communication and will cause a Mandala V3 to not connect to the V3 Utility. The issue is caused by a regression in Chrome’s MIDI implementation, which can cause valid SysEx messages sent by the V3 Utility to be incorrectly processed before they reach the connected device.
There is now a Chrome bug fix for this which was issued within the last few days in the form of Chrome 153. If you are running Chrome 152 please update to the latest Chrome version 153 to connect successfully to the Mandala V3 Utility (https://utility.mandalaV3.com). To update, Click on Chrome > About Google Chrome. Relaunch Chrome when the update is complete.
Chrome updates itself automatically every two weeks so you will have issues out of nowhere if you are currently on Chrome 152. If your automatic update to Chrome 153 has not already happened please do it manually now.
