Polyphony/Can't send 2 midi notes at once?

Post by Jonny323 »

If I hit two spots on the pad at once, it only seems to send 1 midi note. I see the manual mentions polyphony but I feel like I'm missing something.

If I hit zones z1 and z4 I should expect both the C2 and F2 midi notes to be sent out, right?

V3 polyphony is 'Any number of rim zones can be triggered simultaneously along with a single surface zone'. Keep in mind though that V3 surface zones (z1-z4) will detect extremely tight flams in order to essentially trigger multiple surface zones simultaneously. Also, Mandala rim zones (r1-r9) are independent from the surface and can be triggered simultaneously within themselves and with any surface zone.
